We humans tend to take all the unpleasant events that happen to us every day as stress. We have very little understanding of stress and sufficient awareness to deal with it. Stress is the spontaneous reaction that occurs in our body when there are sudden physical or mental demands. This article explains the causes of stress, the types of stress (eustress and distress) and their symptoms in detail. It also discusses how to deal with stress caused by ordinary things and how to deal with severe stress.
